By accessing or using Kwegg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kwegg is a platform for structured thinking that allows users to create, share, and evolve their thoughts publicly. The Service enables users to document their reasoning process, receive feedback from the community, and track the evolution of their ideas over time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Kwegg ("User Content"). By posting content publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. By posting content, you represent that you have all necessary rights to share that content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including ChatGPT via MCP connections. Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KWEGG, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kwegg and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kwegg operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
